Refund & Return Policy

At PDL Studio, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted by our artisan partners in Bali. Many of our jewelry items are made-to-order in small batches — shaped with precision, passion, and purpose.

Because of this, we follow a fair return policy that protects both the integrity of our craft and your satisfaction.

UNBOXING

Please record a video of the unboxing process when opening your parcel — this is essential if you need to request an exchange due to damage or defect.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to get in touch with us about any concerns.

We do not provide return shipping labels, but if something isn’t right, just reach out — we'll figure things out together. We want you to be happy with your piece.

Once we’ve connected, we’ll provide the correct return address. Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted and may be rejected by customs.

HYGIENE & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

  • Jewelry and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
  • Deposits for custom work are non-refundable, as production begins immediately after confirmation.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

All wholesale orders are made especially for each client and handled with confidentiality.

We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Shipping costs are calculated once final weight is confirmed.

As all wholesale orders are custom-made, they cannot be refunded. However, clients have 7 days after delivery to report any damaged or flawed items for exchange. After this period, we can no longer take responsibility.
