Our pieces are handcrafted in Bali from recycled 925 sterling silver.

Gold pieces are finished with a thick 2 to 2.5 micron layer of 18K gold plating for lasting quality and a rich finish.

Silver is a natural precious metal and may react to its surroundings, humidity, air, perfume, lotions or the individual pH level of your skin. Over time, silver can naturally darken or change in tone. This is normal and can usually be restored with gentle polishing.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, chlorine, salt water and harsh chemicals. Store your piece dry in its PDL cotton drawstring pouch when not wearing it.

Gold-plated pieces can be replated if needed. Polished silver pieces can be repolished if they change color over time.

We ship all orders from Bali, Indonesia.

Free shipping is available within Indonesia. We also ship internationally to selected countries using trusted courier services.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier and customs process.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or courier handling fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We hope you love your PDL Studio piece. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn apart from trying them on, unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for change-of-mind return shipping. We do not currently offer direct exchanges for international orders.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will help find the best solution.
